Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days of receipt. Please allow additional transit time during peak seasons (e.g., major holidays) or for customized items. Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. International Shipping and Delivery Estimates

We ship to most countries worldwide.

Please Note: Estimated transit times do not include our internal order processing time, nor do they account for customs clearance delays in the destination country, weekends, or local public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates and Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight/volume of your order and the destination country.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Crucial Section for Cross-Border)

As we ship from Mainland China, the recipient (customer) is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance process. If the customer refuses to pay the required duties/taxes and the package is returned or destroyed, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and any return fees from their refund.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your order status on the carrier’s website or a global tracking service like 17TRACK.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Damages: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at service@sg-image.com and provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Loss: If the tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, or if the package appears lost in transit, please notify us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We don't  ship to P.O. boxes.
